Much of the space in our facilities at Clarkson Road is available for rent by individuals, community groups, and commercial business. Rates are determined on the space needed, the amount of time required, plus any other needs and factors that arise. Most of the rental inquiries that we get are for semi-regular events, with occasional one-time rentals.
In terms of the space for rent in the facility, the following rooms are available on a regular basis:

The Church Hall
Largest of our rooms, the Church Hall is a small gymnasium the size of two combined badminton or a single volleyball court. On one end is a large stage, complete with curtains, and connected with a basic sound-system. At the other end is the entrance into the kitchen, complete with a serving window. Tables are available for use, as is an upright Grand Piano.

The Church Hall is a multipurpose space, good for recreational activities, large-group meetings, lecture hall, meals, or any type of event that requires a large indoor space. Fire-code capacity of this space is ??? people.

Kitchen
Connected to the Church Hall, and often part of the rental inquiry, our large kitchen is fully equipped with two electric stoves, a fridge/freezer combination, a microwave, two full three-sink sets, and an industrial-capacity dishwasher, plus plenty of counter-space and a central table.

Margaret Terry Room
Named after one of the donors of the church property and active member of the congregation, the Margaret Terry Room serves as a conference room for most of our church-related meetings. For external groups, it is most often used for smaller-scale meetings. Flanking the kitchen, it also has a serving window available to it. This room is good for smaller-scale meetings, comfortably holding up to 30 people.

Sanctuary
The church sanctuary is primarily used by the worshipping congregation on Sunday mornings, as well as Choir rehearsals. Any wedding bookings automatically presume the use of the 230 seat-capacity worship space. Because of the sacred and revered nature of this space, arrangements for its use requires extra consultation with both the minister and Session.
